CarGurus.co.uk Copyright Notice Policy

If you in good faith believe that your copyrights are being infringed by material on CarGurus' cargurus.co.uk website, you may request removal of those materials (or access to them) from the website by following the procedure outlined below.

You must email a notice to copyright@cargurus.com including the following information to put CarGurus on notice of the infringement:

1. Identify the copyrighted work that you believed was infringed. If there are multiple works, send a list of such works.
2. Identify the infringing material or activity and information that is reasonably sufficient to allow CarGurus to locate the material. Please submit links of the infringing material.
3. Your contact information as the copyright owner or the authorized agent.
4. A statement saying “I have good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law”.
5. A statement saying “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. The signature of the copyright owner or the authorized agent.

Once CarGurus is put on notice, CarGurus will take action on valid notice and takedown complaints and remove the infringing material from our site.
