Best place to buy a new ecu

I need a new ecu for my fiat grande punto 1.4 16v but can't find one anywhere that fits my
car? Refurb not an option!! This is the one I need

I doubt if you are going to find one new, an auto graveyard might be your best bet for a used one or try an ECU re-builder, there are a few on the internet that take yours, test it and replace the bad components.
