how do I get off my safety locking nut on wheel

You should have an adaptor to fit onto the locking wheel bolt somewhere in the car. Fit this onto the locking wheel bolt and remove the wheel nut in the normal way with a wheelbrace. If you've lost the adaptor or it's missing I'd suggest giving your local SEAT dealer a call for advice. Good luck.
