my steering wheel vibrates as I drive and there is something uneven on my steering when I drive my Toyota Avensis

Uneven steering isn't good. Check the suspension for a broken or loose component. Are the lug nuts nice and tight, wheel balanced, tires wearing evenly? Brake rotors and pads good? Have it looked it by your mechanic and have him test drive it.
