I recently viewed a Citroen C3 Picasso 2009 1.6 HDI Exclusive at garage in Launceston advertised on your site at £,3,295 . When we got there it was priced at £3,995 ! He was willing to reduce it by £300 only. Where does the Trades Description Act come in?

Trades Descriptions Act would be limited to the description of the item for sale. Seller can charge what he likes although I would liek to think CarGurus would have something to say about attracting customers under false pretenses
