Hi there, My VW Polo 1.6 1995 has been a gem but recently when I have been driving so
the engine is warm if I stop I will have to really rev the engine to get the car to move off,
this is also when I get it to 2nd gear, it does a bit of jumping but does eventually go, bit

You could try learn the trick off switching gears without your clutch , it might help putting it into second? I can't do it myself but I do no if you do it wrong you damage your car google it and see what you think , as for starting off try this , remove clutch to biting point the accelerate slightly and remove clutch slowly
