hi my seat alhambra 1.9tdi automaic diesel car it seams when i put my foot down on the accelertor the reves seem high before it changes gear if i acceltrate slowly itsa smooth and changes fine.

Hi Vinny26, sounds like you have a problem with the gearbox on the car. The most likely problem is that the Automatic Transmission Fluid is low and that topping it up will cure the problem. Changing the gearbox oil, or topping it up is often the sort of thing that can get missed on a service. You may also find that you have a leak from your gearbox which may account for the low level. I would advise getting it into a garage ASAP as running the transmission with low fluid will do damage leading to a much more expensive repair or possibly a gearbox rebuild.
