The front discs look to be very worn ! Please could advise what the minimum thickness should be

It may depend slightly on whether your car has upgraded brakes as part of the AMG pack, but I'm pretty sure these are the correct figures. Front discs: 295mm in diameter, vented discs. Thickness when new - 28mm, Mercedes recommended minimum thickness - 25.4mm. Bear in mind that to get a representative disc measurement you'll need to measure accurately with something like a micrometer. Generally the minimum thickness is also stamped onto the bellhousing of the disc. Good luck, and let us know how you get on.
