Spoke with sales agent several times to confirm vehicle was available and get more details. Agreed a test drive and made travel arrangements to do this. Made it clear to the agent that I would be buying the car and made arrangements to pay reserve deposit..Got a call from the agent late afternoon shortly before test drive appointment to say that the car had been sold âonlineâ and was no longer available. Complete waste of my time and very poor customer service. In my experience integrity and transparency donât seem to be values that are part of Motorpointâs customer service experience.
