The car site was a bit basic, but the car seemed very well kept, for my budget. The car sales reception was helpful but being so near busy roads the road test was short. I did buy the car, but they were a bit slow getting the paper work to me. The 'team' were all charming.

He couldn't take payment by card and charged me an extra 3% for paying by credit card. Also he said there was full service history on the car but he didn't have the receipt for the most important job of all which was the Campbeltown change that he said was carried out. He said he will send it to me but he's been avoiding my calls up till today I have not received it.

Terrible experience – avoid this dealer! I paid a £250 deposit to reserve a Mini Clubman, only to find out the next day that the dealer had sold the car to someone else without even notifying me. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply messaged me afterwards saying the car was sold and they’d return my deposit — as if that made everything fine. This is completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of integrity. Stay away from this dealer.
