Exceptionally helpful with regard to information on the vehicle I enquired about. I was looking at two Torneos, which they were aware of but still sent a very useful video and followed up. In the end I chose the other vehicle because it was closer to home and suited better but still appreciated BSM and would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

When I showed some interest they immediately put VAT on top of the price even though that is not what the advert said. Untrustworthy.
