I have purchased this van. I spoke to them, told them what needed to be done by them. Purchased it for cash. They delivered it to me last Saturday. I have also purchased a year's extra warranty. Very good service from both you and Infinity Motors

No response at all from the dealership

This was my first time viewing a car to potentially buy, and I came with genuine interest. Unfortunately, the dealer was unwelcoming, dismissive, and uninterested from the moment we arrived. When we asked to test drive the car, he agreed but gave no instructions or explanation about the process. We got into the car and began driving slowly. As soon as we reached the exit of the parking garage, he suddenly shouted and spoke to us in a rude, aggressive, and racist manner, accusing us of being disrespectful for not asking him to join us—something he never made clear. Instead of calmly explaining the rules, he reacted with anger, ordered us out of the car, and said the car was no longer for sale. The way we were treated was shocking and deeply disappointing, especially as first-time buyers.
