Took several days to respond, had to chase. Need to sharpen up on the responsiveness/comms

Upon arriving to view the Jaguar XJ after a 2 hour road trip I was advised that the owner was in the pub up the road, he subsequently turned up about 1/2 hour later drunk. It was a colleague of his namely Holly who looked after me as he was unable. I test drove the car and, despite various problems decided to purchase the car. The car had not be valeted, the engine bay was filthy and prior to leaving they had to top up the radiator and put a litre of diesel in it so I could make it to the nearest Petrol station. The vehicle itself drove how I expected it to drive and having travelled over 2 hours I purchased the car. Whilst valeting the vehicle myself several days later I have noticed that firstly a sensor had be broken and taped up and that the front wheels require balancing. I contacted Estuary motors and now having waited 4 days still have no response. So to recap this was not a great experience in buying a car so, all I can say is "BUYER BEWARE". It was not a LWB.
