Dealerships near me (Hull, Yorkshire and the Humber, GB)

Luke was great but Sam did my handover, I had to take the car back because there was a warning sign on the dash and the car was so dirty. Hadn’t even been cleaned considering they kept the car for two weeks. Would not recommend as an overall experience if it wasn’t for Luke I wouldn’t have bought the car from the dealership.

Having searched for the right car, performance, model, mileage condition, history, Kimmo and the team at Kingsbridge came up on top. Communication throughout the whole process being excellent, and having travelled from South West Cornwall, our expectations were exceeded. Not the most helpful of Dealerships by way of supplying info. requested by email. Asked about the possibility of a price adjustment but I was ignored. Also was told car had four previous owners whereas I believe it has three according to MyCarCheck etc. The condition of the stitching on the drivers seat coming adrift was dealt with as 'just wear and tear' or words to that effect. Something not quite right here and their tone of their messages needs softening. We are the customers - or could have been - which should not be forgotten. The worst mistake is to rest on your laurels.
