I saw the ad late Friday, and feeling the car was just what I wanted, I immediately telephoned the Dealership. The sales person I spoke with was very helpful without being 'pushy'. I asked if they could hold the car for me to view the next day - and I actually asked if I could pay a holding fee to be sure it would be reserved. The Sales Exec (Mihail) agreed and I made payment there and then. My wife and I travelled the 20 or so miles on the Saturday, viewed the car and discussed the potential deal. We came to an agreement and, on the Monday, Mihail telephoned and formalised payment and collection dates. I had a 'personal number' to pass, plus needing to transfer the car and new number, to my Insurance Company - this was all done on my behalf by the Dealership. The car was picked up with a full service completed, new number plates and all looking perfect. Thank you Mihail, and all your colleagues, the Dealership worked together and it was a very smooth purchase. Thank you guys.
