Title: Misleading valuation and poor vehicle preparation I had a disappointing experience with TTS. I traded in my 2019 Micra Tekna, which had a new MOT and a recent £272 service. They claimed it had been “repainted” and would “need doing again,” using this to push the valuation down to £2,500. My car had never been repainted, and they listed it the next day for £5,150 without doing any work. The car they sold me wasn’t properly prepared either. I had to tax it myself, and the last major service was in 2020, meaning I now face the cost of a major service straight after buying it. The lack of transparency and misleading comments have left me with no trust in this dealer. I’d advise others to check valuations and service history carefully. Experiences like this can leave some customers, especially women, feeling dismissed or pressured during negotiations.
