Very poor communications. I expressed interest in seeing the car. Two sales people involved. Neither called me back as requested and despite two emails no rep[lies received. Very disappointed.

I was not happy as I was approached in an unprofessional manner by a lady from this company. I made an enquiry about a vehicle and was called on the phone. A professional person would announce who they are, confirm my name and ask if I had time to speak to them. Instead they used my first name with no degree of checking if I had time to discuss. This may seem over fussy but I've built my own business by adopting a professional approach. The key being don't assume someone's got time and show them the respect of using their surname. I was interested in the car but my interest waned when I was approached in this off hand manner. I am sure the lady who called was genuine but a bit of training would not go amiss. The editor thinks I've not been specific but the bottom line is that something as simple as not acting professionally has lost them business.
