I had a very positive experience with this dealer. They were most helpful and have continued to be after I purchased the Ford Focus on 29th October. I am delighted with this car and certainly glad I purchased it.

Very poor - I will never contact this dealer or any other Drive Direct branch again. I made contact with the dealer and a date was arranged to view the vehicle. There were no photos and I was sent a video of it. I then changed my work shifts in order to get the time off to attend the dealer who was 55 minutes to an hour away from me. On the day I was going to view the vehicle, I received a phone call telling me somebody else had seen it and was talking about getting the required finance together. When I said it was pointless me driving for an hour to be told the car the car I had been sold, I was told not to be hasty and the dealer would contact me in again in half an hour when this other party had decided what to do. When I again expressed my dissatisfaction I was told that they didn't have to contact me back and that a forecourt customer took presidence. I awaited a further phone call an hour later.
