I had never bought a secondhand car before so felt a bit daunted. Nick and Andrew were most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I purchsed the car fro them and I am delighted with it. I would certainly use them again. They gave me straight answers to all my questions and it was a very positive experience.

In the build-up to the visit, I had several questions, all of which were answered. The car was also reserved, and they informed me of its availability. On visiting HCL, provided time to examine the vehicle, took me out for a test drive arranged insurance. On the decision to purchase, they dealt with paperwork and handled the transfer of ownership. After a couple of days of ownership, I spotted a non-serious issue, and under their warranty, they covered the cost of repair. Very happy with the car and would recommend others to use their services.
