Used 2017 Ford Fiesta for sale near Northern Ireland

The Fiesta was one of the best-selling cars throughout the model’s existence and the 2017 Ford Fiesta – which was effectively the end of the production run of the mk6 car – is an example of why. It does all the things you expect of a supermini, being affordable to buy, cheap to run, with economical and reliable engines (especially the turbocharged petrol Ecoboost models), while offering a surprising amount of space for such a small car. The real key to the Fiesta’s genius, however, is that it’s also great fun to drive, no matter how humble a version you find yourself in. And that’s not something you can say of many superminis.

Strengths:

Comfortable and entertaining drive
Excellent Ecoboost engines
Low fuel and insurance bills

Weaknesses:

Not quite as reliable as a Hyundai i20
Underpowered entry-level 1.25-litre engine
So-so build quality

Is the 2017 Ford Fiesta better than the 2017 Vauxhall Corsa?

The 2017 Ford Fiesta is more fun to drive than the 2017 Vauxhall Corsa and offers a better range of engines. The one area where the Corsa beats it, however, is that it feels like a bigger, more grown-up car – although it’s the Fiesta that actually has the bigger boot.
