If you want a Z3 then consider a 2.2i - its nearly as powerful as a 2.8 (a few mods can make it more powerful) and the facelifted body is prettier than the early model too. In addition a highly specced (aircon, electric roof, M sport interior etc) 2.2i can be bought for considerably less than its bigger engined siblings, whilst still delivering a special driving experience.

I love the car. I drove the z3 1999 for 2 years and never gave any issue.
