The Ferrari 488 is an absolutely thrilling ride that mixes luxury and performance in an amazing way. Its twin-turbo V8 engine makes a seriously cool noise and is super responsive, cranking out an impressive 661 horsepower. The handling is sharp as a tack, giving you loads of confidence when taking tight turns. Ferrari has really nailed the experience with everything from the slick design to the handy driver assist features. When it comes to features, the 488 is packed with high-end touches, but it really focuses on the driving experience instead of fancy tech. You get a solid infotainment system, but it might feel a bit empty compared to other luxury sports cars that are all about the latest gadgets. If you’re all about that raw driving feel, though, this car hits the mark perfectly. Now, on the price side, the 488 definitely falls into the supercar category, so it’s not for those on a tight budget. But if you value a mix of history, speed, and style, it’s a great pick as a dream car. Just have a think about whether that pure driving thrill is worth the cash when there are other rides out there packing in more comfort and tech. The 488 doesn’t come with some of the fancy infotainment or driver-assist tech that you’d find in rivals like the McLaren 720S and Lamborghini Huracán. This simpler approach might be a big win for some, but if you’re used to high-tech features, you might find it a bit lacking. You could also stack it up against other performance beasts like the Porsche 911 Turbo S or Audi R8, which offer awesome performance along with a bit more tech and everyday usability. All in all, if youre chasing after a car that’s all about the driving experience without too many digital distractions, the Ferrari 488 is a super exciting and solid choice.

Owned one in the 80s total bare metal on the Shell , never got the dropped valve issue sorted . Ended up selling g the car ( wealthy father refused to finance engine rebuild saying it will never be worth anything! )● ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CARS TO ROLL OUT OF MARANELLO exception would be 330P4
