Fiat 500C

Fiat will tell you all day long that the 500C is a convertible version of its popular 500 city car. We'd take slight issue with that: yes, it has a soft top, but because it slides backwards on fixed roof runners, rather than folding down backwards into the boot, the effect is more like that of a big sunroof. Even so, there are some open-air thrills to enjoy, and like the rest of the 500 range, buyers love it for its cute retro styling. Rivals include the DS3 Cabrio, MINI Convertible and Toyota Aygo Air.

Full of Italian styling and with a gutsy little engine we are thrilled with this car. The convertible roof design is brilliant with its three options. It may look small but even a 6’ persona has plenty of room in the passenger seat. The rear seat folding down makes it a great car to carry lots of stuff. All in all we are thrilled to own this car.
