went to see car,but the car had been damaged just after pictures were taken but Ash let us see it and explained the problems and he is going to contact us when it's been sorted.so we can view.

Terrible. Salesman wasn’t even available on arrival. Car was damaged but was told it was in perfect order. Salesman didn’t even come over just left us the keys. When quizzed about damage just said he would ring me tomorrow to get my deposit back yo me which took a further 3 days to get back into my account!! We traveled 150 miles to get that car. Appalling company!!!

Dealer responded to my enquires very promptly by phone and was quite open and honest about the car. He emailed me the RAC garage report on it upon request and on the basis of that I decided against proceeding with the purchase. But I appreciate his cooperation and in disclosing all the information saved me from wasting time and money on travel and additional examinations. I would consider buying another car from this person ( Adam ).

The 2 stars are because the car was of a good standard and the response time was very quick. They lost out on the sale because of the terrible attitude of the "salesman". It was as if he couldn't care less if I bought the car, and was actually quite rude throughout the interaction. He never even left his desk the entire time I was there viewing the car. He completely put me off, which is a pity as I would've bought the car otherwise.

Got back to me quickly after email. Sent pictures, video of car and info I requested. Price seems reasonable. Didn't view or buy in the end as found a similar car in a prefered colour.
