Refused to agree to the car guru delivery price and charged us £250 more. Car turned up missing the fuel cap and cover and refused to refund us any money to repair it .

James was brilliant right from the start, and all way through, then after the sale. He knew how much this car would mean to me, as it's bought with my mother's inheritance and in name of my parents because of them. This is a car to keep for years and he completely understood that.
