Always very helpful staff. I never visited the garage the car was bought online. All communication was 100%and very relaxed. Was always well informed and the company is 100% transparent. Top class service.

I sent a email the day before but no response so phoned the next day and was told shaun the sales person was not picking up his phone and he would get him to ring me back. I had a missed call so rang back straight away and again I was told he was not picking up his phone and he would ring me back. He never did so I sent a email saying how disappointed and distgusted I was about the customer service as I had the cash and really wanted to buy the car. I got a email back stating shaun had gone home on leave and that's why he didn't get back to me what a load of excuses and not very professional at all. Certainly wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely over the moon with my purchase. The guys at Middlehurst are absolutely brilliant in what they do . No pressure from them into buying my car . Really helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to taking my car to be serviced by them even if they are 2 hrs away from myself which says a lot . Very well looked after and I’m a very happy customer .
