Bought a Skoda Kodiaq (VE69WZU) from Oakwood via CarGurus on 27/08/25. Was told it was fully serviced by Skoda, but it arrived with a faulty rear wiper, torn upholstery, and a neglected engine (photo attached). Skoda later flagged service advisories and a weak battery. Oakwood ignored Skoda’s report and my request to return the car under the 30-day warranty. No response to multiple emails. Disappointed by the lack of accountability for a car I’ve had less than a month.
