The 2019 Range Rover Sport is a large luxury SUV that is a little sportier than the larger Range Rover that sits above it in the British firm’s model line-up, so it competes with cars like the BMW X5 and Porsche Cayenne. It could be specified with five- or seven seats, too, bringing the Audi Q7 into the equation. It was part of the second generation of the car, known as the L494, which was first introduced in 2013, but by 2018, a facelift had brought new engine choices - including plug-in hybrid options - and improved infotainment technology.
