BMW X6

When the BMW X6 was first launched back in 2008, it seemed to be answering a question that nobody was asking. After all, who exactly was clamouring for a high-riding SUV with a low-slung coupe roofline? Well, this more strikingly designed take on the BMW X5 formula proved plenty of people wrong, because plenty of other people bought one. A second-generation version came along in 2015, with a third-gen car following in 2020. The X6 is great to drive, and more practical than you might think. Rivals include other style-led luxury SUVs such as the Audi Q8 and Mercedes GLE Coupe.
