We also had the unfortunate experience of being told when we rang for directions as we had traveled from Milton Keynes to Derby, that the car was not quite ready as it was still being valeted. After 20minutes they said it was ready and when I went to sit in the car I was appalled as in over 40 years of driving and having once bought and sold vehicles myself. I have not experienced such a filthy car. When I complained the salesman got his men to take it and clean it again. This was only about a 20% improvement. They should be checking that the vechles that they sale live up to the purchasers expectations!! Shame on them!!"

Came Monday clutch not right .Had a engineers report done dual mass flywheel wheel severe vibration basically expensive job.Got no where with conservation on phone with them .wrote to them wanting a full refund as not fit for purpose .will update you on reply if I get one lot more too this story could go on and on.Have been in touch and going to put things right and do the things that need doing so well see how things go.All work completed and did keep us informed of progress."
