The Honda ZR-V sits neatly between the smaller HR-V and larger CR-V, offering buyers a family SUV that blends Honda’s trademark practicality, solid build quality and a smooth hybrid powertrain, with a more premium feel than many mainstream rivals. Based on the excellent Civic hatchback, it provides a comfortable ride, high-quality interior and plenty of standard safety equipment. That said, it’s not the most spacious, efficient or affordable hybrid in its class, so other family SUVs (both mainstream and premium-badged) could make more sense.
