If you're in the market for a small car, you'll have heard of the Kia Picanto. Granted, it lacks the fashionable dynamism of the Fiat 500 or the solid chic of the Volkswagen Up. But what the Picanto offers pleases the head more, with a surprisingly generous boot, a decent amount of rear space, and an outstanding reputation for reliability.
