The only thing missing is the EU certificate of conformity! This is really strange given that the car is in the UK and usually manufacturers have the means to upgrade the car when imported from the middle East- obviously not the case for Lotus! Registring it without COC costs up to 10k Euros and is only valid for 1 EU Country!
