Had major electrical faults and then also overheard a conversation with a customer trying to claim for work on the warranty, sounded like poor aftercare

When it was first introduced in 2009, the Porsche Panamera was slightly difficult to define. It had coupe looks, a five-door body, a four-seat layout and supercar performance, making it quite unlike anything else at the time. High-performance versions of the Mercedes CLS and BMW 6 Series probably got closest, but the Porsche was, predictably, on another level for driving dynamics. It was available with V6 and V8 petrol engines, as a diesel, and as a hybrid. The second-generation Panamera arrived in 2016, with much sharper styling, revised engines and an improved interior. It’s also offered with a ‘Sport Turismo’ shooting brake estate body style. The diesel engines were dropped in 2018.
