The Seat Mii is one of the best small cars you can buy. It’s fun yet comfortable, and was offered for most of its life as a small petrol car that’s now a great used buy. From 2019 until its withdrawal from the market in 2021, it was offered as pure-electric only, but that only transformed it from one of the best petrol city cars to one of the best electric city cars.
