About Toyota AYGO (2005-2013)
4.8 Overall rating(5 reviews)
Nov 14, 2025
Very nippy and extremely economical, I would recommend this as a city car to anyone.
Aug 13, 2021
Great little town car. Zero road tax, 60 plus miles per gallon. Surprisingly spacious inside. Boot is tiny but back seats go flat if more space needed.... Fantastic.
Jun 9, 2022
Pure joy to drive, I had a small eco vehicle directly prior(C1)& Ive found the Aygo surprisingly spacious, Im about 5 7 and its the only reason I would opt for a SUV however, my Aygos perfect.
Dec 31, 2022
Very good value for money. The right car for first time buyers.
Oct 27, 2022
Im happy with my choice it suits my needs is easy to drive economical, would have preferred a 5 door but the price was in my price range.

Toyota Aygo Review (2005-2014)
3
of 5 overall
Driving3/5
Practicality3/5
Running costs4/5
Tech and equipment3/5
The first-generation Toyota Aygo is an inexpensive compact city car that is straightforward, easy to drive and extremely reliable. This, coupled with its low running costs, makes it a great option for those who are after an inexpensive and dependable runabout. It’s also a sensible shout for those looking for their first car, due to its affordability and low insurance groups.
