The Range Rover Vogue is a popular trim level offered on Land Rover's flagship luxury SUV. The name dates back to a 1981 special edition of the original Range Rover, which was a posher version with an upgraded interior and more luxury equipment to appeal to well-heeled customers who wanted sophistication to add to their car's ruggedness. This paved the way towards the luxurious machines we know the Range Rover as today. The name stuck through the Mk2, Mk3 and Mk4 iterations of the Range Rover, with a Vogue trim level offered in each case. Currently, though, there's no Vogue version of the latest Mk5 Range Rover.
