The Volkswagen Polo R-Line is a sporty trim level offered on the German company's popular supermini. It's been offered on both the Mk5 and Mk6 versions of the Polo, and the upgrades are largely cosmetic, including a sporty body kit, large alloy wheels and plenty of R-Line badging. On the inside, you get even more badging, along with a leather steering wheel, sports seats and aluminium pedals. It's offered with a selection of the more powerful petrol and diesel engines from the regular Polo line-up, but nevertheless, none are particularly punchy, so it's not really a performance model.
