It has plenty of room, is well equipped and has good performance, with a very good reputation for reliability. Because of this, it stands alone in the market place and is a steal on the second-hand market.

do not be misled by the outlandish claims regarding max range of this car on a single charge, it was claimed to be 235 miles, this has been downgraded to 168 miles, due to a different way of calculating the range . this is now done using the following formula, cars now have a miles per k/w number the leaf is rated at 3 so 3 x40=120 again the maths do not work where does the extra 48 miles come from add in terrain, load, temperature, headlights , ac , heater ect and i estimate a realistic range of around 80 miles per charge. add to that the exorbitant rise in electricity and the true cost of running these electric vehicles will kill the battery type in my opinion. it is stuffed full of useful tec which works very well, but so does the tec in hybrid cars. an added concern is the stupid way recharging is done, you will need an app for each of the many suppliers, extended range = bigger batterys= longer to recharge =QUES to recharge. with 31 million vehicles currently on the roads, all of which will have to be electric in 8 years time, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. if you want electric wait for the hydrogen fuel cell models
