The DS 7 is a leftfield premium SUV that was always more about comfort, design and equipment than outright driving polish. Now that it’s no longer sold new in the UK, it arguably makes more sense than ever as a used buy, helped by lots of standard equipment, generous space and a distinctive interior that still feels special. It won’t appeal to buyers chasing a premium badge or sporty handling, but for those who want a comfortable, well-equipped alternative to the usual German choices – and are happy to buy used – the DS 7 remains an interesting and often good-value option.
