Plenty of room inside, good styling, seat arrangements give versatile usage of boot space, prices do fluctuate a lot depending on mileage.

Comfortable to drive good to have a well looked after car, fuel consumption is decent obviously the car is heavy so that factors in. I took a few hours to get the hang of the controls and sat nav as well as linking phone and will probably need a few more to get total abillity to navigate but I'm very happy with the car also it was very clean in and out the only down fall and not much of one is the wing mirrors are electric but don't fold in electricly which when parking is nice to have in certain areas so they don't get hit when you have to do them manualy sometimes you forget

For a 2013 SUV, the Titanium X trim is well-equipped, especially considering it’s now over a decade old Decent price especially with full service history.

Ford Kuga (2020-present) Pros and Cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Enjoyable to drive | The cabin feels a bit low-rent in places |
| Roomy and practical interior | Some rivals have more luggage space |
| Plug-in hybrid will appeal to company car drivers | It's hard to apply the plug-in hybrid's brakes smoothly |
Quick Summary
The Ford Kuga (2020-present) is a practical and engaging family SUV that combines style with genuine driving enjoyment. The current generation, refreshed in 2024, offers a commanding driving position, excellent interior space, and a well-tuned suspension that delivers both comfort and control. With boot capacity ranging from 412 to 553 litres (expandable to 1,534 litres with rear seats folded), it provides ample room for families. The facelifted model introduces Ford's latest SYNC 4 infotainment system with 5G connectivity, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto as standard across all trims.
Engine options include a conventional 1.5-litre EcoBoost petrol, a 2.5-litre hybrid, and a plug-in hybrid with 37-43 miles of electric-only range—making it particularly attractive to company car drivers. The Kuga sits beneath the £40,000 luxury car tax threshold in lower trims, offering excellent value. Whilst the cabin materials could feel more premium and some practicality features are optional extras, the Kuga remains an underrated choice that rewards those who take the time to drive one. Running costs are affordable, and a five-star Euro NCAP safety rating provides peace of mind.
Best for: Families seeking a practical, engaging SUV with low running costs, company car drivers interested in the plug-in hybrid, and buyers wanting genuine driving enjoyment without premium pricing.
Not ideal for: Those prioritising the most spacious boot in the class, buyers seeking a fully premium cabin feel, or those wanting maximum standard equipment without paying for options.
