The Lepas L8 is a large family SUV that joins the ranks of the UK’s burgeoning plug-in hybrid sector. It takes on established models such as the Volkswagen Tiguan with a combination of stylish design, smart interior, loads of tech and value-focused pricing.

It’s not perfect, mainly because of a firm ride and lifeless steering, but it’s a good first effort from this design-led new brand that we’re sure will find favour among UK buyers.
