The second-generation MINI Countryman is a small upmarket SUV that’s gratifying to drive and distinctively styled. It’s offered with an array of options and personalisation choices, and there’s also a plug-in hybrid model, which further makes it an appealing purchase. Unfortunately, it’s often not a cheap option – especially if you start adding on some options – and its firm ride won’t be to all tastes.

We love our Mini Countryman. I have owned Minis since the very first one came out in the 1960s I have owned other cars including BMWs and Mercedes but I always have a soft spot for Minis as they are good value for money, stylish, classless and fun to drive.

This is my 3rd Mini and my 2nd Countryman. This version is soooooo different from my 2013 Cooper DS, so much has been updated and I absolutely love it! The ride is smooth the handling is as I expect, in 3 words - I love it!
