Mazda CX-5

The Mazda CX-5 is the Japanese company’s mid-size SUV, sitting between the smaller CX-30 (along with the even smaller all-electric MX-30) and the larger CX-60. It was first introduced in 2012, with Mazda making a big fuss about its ‘Skyactiv’ technologies, which are essentially a raft of measures - such as a lightweight platform and various engine and transmission innovations - aimed at reducing emissions and fuel consumption. These were continued in the second-generation version, which arrived in 2017. The CX-5 competes with popular cars such as the Nissan Qashqai, Kia Sportage and Seat Ateca, and is characterised by its sharp handling and its pleasant interior.

Lovely comfortable ride with plenty of power if you need it. A very reliable, modern car with all the current features. My favourite is the heads up display and also the infotainment capabilities on screen. I’m very happy with the CX5.
