With the Nissan Pathfinder, what you see is what you get. This is no crossover, but a proper 4x4 for drivers who need a tough, go-anywhere vehicle. There's good and bad to that approach, depending on your priorities. The Pathfinder is robust and capable off road, but a bit uncouth on tarmac. But with seven seats and low used prices, the big Nissan makes a solid choice for the right buyer.
