The Peugeot 308 is a Volkswagen Golf-sized family hatchback that sits between the smaller 208 supermini and larger 508 family saloon in the French firm’s model range, and the SW version is the estate car variant (SW stands for Station Wagon). The 308 hatchback originally went on sale in 2007, with the SW following in 2008, and unusually in this class, the SW could be had with either five- or seven seats.
