Renault Austral Review (2023-present)

The Renault Austral competes in the ultra-competitive midsize SUV market, where its predecessor, the Renault Kadjar, failed to make much of an impact. Like the Kadjar, the Austral is based on the same underpinnings as the contemporary Nissan Qashqai, one of the most popular cars in the class, so it should be off to a good start. However, it marks itself out with its own clever hybrid system, unique interior design and an infotainment system with real wow-factor.

This car has lots of fantastic features. Only shame is that having a black roof pushes it into the luxury car bracket - 590 tax eek!
