It’s affordable, well equipped, good to drive, and available in both hatchback and Sports Tourer estate body styles. Reliability can be an issue, though, and alternatives such as the Volkswagen Golf and the Ford Focus are better all-rounders – but they’re more expensive

(21 reviews)I wanted to buy this car but I observed from my research that one of its issues is oil leakage which is either coming from its engine or gear box components. Its also not so cheap to fix as it cannot be ignored.
Car is nice all round. Smooth drive, handles well. Only downside is that it doesn’t come with rear speakers fitted. Unsure if the wiring is already in place to fit rear speakers. Happy with the car! Not too bad for MPG.
I think the Vauxhall Astra is a fantastic car to drive. I highly recommend this car
Always had Vauxhall ( Opel when in HMF Germany) never ever had any problems mechanical wise will always stay with Vauxhall for comfort econo.y and looks
Heated seats and heated steering wheel. Its hard to find a full spec car at the right price
