The VW ID.4 is a large, pure electric family SUV offering an official driving range of between 310 and 323 miles. It’s lovely to sit in, drive and live with, but it’s not the cheapest nor the sportiest of its direct rivals.

(1 reviews)Great to drive and good visibility. I would have bought it if it was just a bit cheaper. Like most electric vehicles, it is a bit over-priced but not as much as some (apparently the new electric Nissan Ariya is comparing itself to Audis and BMWs to justify its price). The ID4 is comfortable (but interior colours are awful) Kids can see out unlike some other cars that have come onto the market recently (Kia Sportage - what a mistake - kids cant see out thanks to the sloped rear passenger windows).
