There is lots to like about the VW, but it can get expensive and upmarket rivals, such as the BMW 3 Series, are more satisfying to drive.

This vehicle is good value, a great car for motorway driving and carrying all the camping gear at weekends. Not as high spec or comfortable as the Mercedes Benz 220D sport Estate, but obviously cheaper to maintain/ service etc A great workhorse of a vehicle with reasonable level of comfort
